Fuck!

Fuck!!! Fuck!!! Fuck!!! Fuck!!! Fuck!!! Fuck!!!

I was all set to get up this morning and have a nice leisurely breakfast, a nice coffee, do a spot of blogging about how my night out was fantastic and I went to dinner with them last night, and play some scrabble.

So I check my emails first thing. Its a habit. And I find something very strange. An email from my other account. Sent at 2am this morning. When I was in bed. How odd.

It took all of about 3 seconds to look at the email to realise it was spam, and it was really sent from my account.

And, after about 3 more seconds of being extremely pissed at having my hotmail account hacked, I realised that my google account (mail and blogger) had the same password.

So for the past half hour I've been frantically downloading anti-virus software and firewalls, and changing passwords to all the accounts I can think of.

My computer is officially bogged down.

Yeah that's a real bitch. I've gotten a few coments on myspace from people who set up some myspace tracer or some shit like that.

Well at like you can fix it before to much harm has been done.

Good luck kido =)

Scary stuff. I have different passwords for all my stuff, and with the new computer I invested in Nortons 2007 and it's fantastic. Notifies me of all intruder alerts. Seriously worth spending some money on internet safety, honey xx

I hope it works out for ya.

You don't always have to spend money on internet safety.

Firewall:
Zone Alarm
http://www.zonealarm.com/
Price: Free...Unless you want the extras (I just use the free version)

Virus Scanner:
avast! antivirus
www.avast.com/
Price: Free for personal use.

There are other choices out there, but that is what I use.

Just take the time to make sure when you log into a site (myspace, hotmail, etc.) that it is really on the url you want. Not some funky made to look like myspace page.

Now that is a bugger.

Been surfing some less that savoury web sites looking for smut by chance??? Who's a naughty fish?

Death to hackers! I swear they are the scum of the earth. Worse than Rosie O'Donnell.

Blarg. My Myspace got hacked once; I just closed my account rather than deal with it. But I'm usually non-confrontational like that.
